Accepted Forms of Payment

We accept Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Financing

We are happy to offer our patients financing through Care Credit. For more information on our Dental Savings Plan, scroll down.

Time of Payment

We kindly ask that our patients pay for their rendered treatment at the time of service. If you have dental insurance, we ask that you pay your estimated portion.

Insurance

We understand that dental insurance can be confusing. Our administrative staff is happy to help you understand your benefits. If needed, we can always submit a pre-determination to your insurance company to verify your coverage prior to initiating treatment.

Other Dental Insurance

We are happy to bill to an insurance provider that is out of network. Insurance shouldn’t limit you from keeping the teeth you already have and working with the right group of talented friends. Most often, we find that there are only minimal fees charged for being out of network, but we do ask that you pay your estimated portion at the time services are rendered. If you have any questions, we’re happy to work through it with you.**

Dual Insurance Coverage*

We will bill your primary insurance directly. However, it is the patients responsibility to submit to your secondary insurance. We will be sure that you have all the necessary information and paperwork to do so.

* If your secondary insurance is Northeast Delta Dental, we will file with both insurances.

** We do not accept Mainecare at this time
